Refund Policy

  • Orders cancelled or edited prior to 11:45 PM on a date that is still TBD are refundable. After this date all purchases are non-refundable.
  • Processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days. After processing, the posting time is determined by your bank.
  • You may receive a system email that indicates your refund has failed. This happens when a refund is requested on the same date as the purchase. You can safely disregard this message as it simply indicates your refund is pending.
  • In the event of inclement weather, this refund policy continues to apply.
