Arriving on Campus

We’re looking forward to seeing you in just a few days!

As families arrive on campus, here are some important “how-to” items:

Parking on Campus during the weekend:
Friday, 11/1: weather permitting, there will be additional parking available for visitors on the lower part of Davis Field.
Saturday – Sunday 11/2-3: Families are free to park anywhere on campus not marked as “reserved”.

Friday Campus Shuttles for Families:
A dedicated Wake Forest shuttle bus will run from 9 AM to 7 PM around campus on Friday, November 1 to help families get around. Shuttle will run continuously and will stop in these locations:
Front of Benson University Center (Lot C)
Front of South Residence Hall (Lot J)
Front of Kitchin Residence Hall (Lot N)
Behind Wait Chapel, next to Taylor Residence Hall (Lot A)

Checking in and picking up your website purchases, including football tickets, when you arrive on campus:
All purchased items will be available for pickup at the Benson University Center in the fourth floor gallery. (If needed, your student will be able to pick up your order with student ID.) Tees and clear bags will be on sale in the third floor rotunda!
Registration Area and Registration Help Hours:
Friday, 11/1: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, 11/2: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Please note: On Saturday, all purchased football tickets will be held at the Athletic Ticket Office at Bridger Field House, BB&T Field. The ticket office will open at 10:00 AM.

Adding to an existing football ticket order after close of online registration:
Families wishing to add a seat to their existing football ticket order should visit the Registration Help table in the registration area, after checking in and picking up their purchases. The Registration Help table will be located in the Benson University Center third floor lounge area.
