This user guide includes step-by-step instructions on how to save tickets to your mobile wallet, enter the venue quickly and efficiently on game day, and transfer tickets to a fellow fan.

Read on for everything you need to know regarding your mobile tickets:

“My Account” Features

Wake Forest Athletics puts you in control of your tickets with our one-stop-shop! From downloading your mobile tickets, printing off a “Print at Home” pdf, transferring tickets, and more, you control it all from godeacs.com/myaccount.

How to Download Your Tickets

Mobile tickets will be delivered via an email titled "Your Mobile Pass(es) Have Arrived" from the email address tix@wfu.edu. If you selected "Print at Home" tickets, those will arrive via an email titled “Your Print at Home Ticket(s) Have Arrived.” Please be sure to add tix@wfu.edu to your email contacts to help prevent the email from going to your spam folder. After opening the email on your phone click on the blue link underneath the “Click Here for Your Tickets” caption. In the next window, for Android or iPhone users, click “G Pay Save to Phone" or "Add to Apple Wallet." If you do not have an Android or iPhone, click the “DOWNLOAD PDF” link underneath.

After your pass is saved in your wallet, access on game day by clicking “Passes” (Android users) or scrolling down to view (iPhone). For the PDF version, pull up the QR Code on your screen prior to approaching the gate. If you can’t find the original email with your link, no need to worry! You can also access your tickets by logging into “My Account” directly:

  1. Log in at godeacs.com/myaccount from your smartphone, or via the “Tickets” tab in the Demon Deacons app
  2. Scroll down to My Tickets and to the event for the tickets you want to download
  3. Tap on the button: “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to G Pay”
  4. Tap ADD when presented with your ticket
  5. You’re all set! Your QR code is ready to be pulled up to scan

Wake Forest Athletics highly recommends downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving at the game. If you have an iPhone or Android you’ll store your tickets in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and be assured your tickets are saved and available with the tap of a button, regardless of cell service. If you selected the Mobile PDF version, screenshot your QR Code to quickly pull up from your phone's photo gallery at the gate. Digital tickets provide quick and easy entry to our facilities using your mobile phone or smart device- no more worrying about tickets getting lost in the mail or forgetting them at home! You’ll have access to your tickets under My Account at godeacs.com/tickets.

How to Transfer Your Tickets

Please keep in mind that if the same ticket is printed multiple times, only the first barcode scan at the gate will be allowed entry.

No need to worry! You do not need the original email to access your tickets. Instead, log in at godeacs.com/myaccount and scroll down to My Tickets, choose your event, and download your mobile tickets from there. If you have never created an online account before, follow the “Link My Account” instructions above.

What If I Don’t Have A Smartphone or Cannot Use Mobile Delivery?

You may still elect to print your tickets from home or a local copy center. You will have the ability to log in to your account at godeacs.com/myaccount from your computer and select ReIssue and utilize the Print at Home function. Please keep in mind that if the same ticket is printed multiple times, only the first barcode scan at the gate will be allowed entry.

How Do I Enter the Venue on Game Day with My Digital Tickets?

Once you have saved your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay, open your app and tap on the ticket so it displays on your smartphone. Then hold your smartphone up to the scanner so the QR code is visible, and the ticket taker will scan your QR Code. In sunny weather, please turn up the brightness on your phone’s screen.

Can I Have Multiple Tickets on a Single Phone?

Yes, on your phone you can swipe to view multiple tickets within your account, however, transferring each attendee their ticket is the preferred way of entering all venues. Transferring tickets provide a way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates to an event, if applicable, as well as accessibility to their seat information at all times.

Can I Show My Confirmation Email to Get In?

No. The confirmation text message or email does NOT act as a ticket. You will need to access an actual mobile ticket by clicking on the link in the text message or email you receive and then log in to your account, or if you do not have an account you will need to create one. Once you have an account, log in at godeacs.com/myaccount or via the Demon Deacon App to access the mobile ticket and add it to your smartphone wallet.

Can I Manage My Season Tickets from My Computer?

You can manage your season tickets from your computer at godeacs.com/myaccount but you will need a ticket on your mobile device to enter the game. When accessing My Account from your computer you will be able to transfer tickets to friends and family, return tickets back to Wake Forest, exchange your football tickets (paid season tickets only) and update your account information.

What if My Entire Group Isn’t with Me When I’m Ready to Enter?

You may transfer tickets to your group in advance so you don't have to wait to get into the event. Log in at godeacs.com/myaccount to easily and securely transfer your tickets to friends and family. Please note, via the transfer process under My Account, a ticket can only be transferred one time. Once the ticket has left your account and the recipient has accepted the transfer, the ticket no longer appears under your account.

Will the Person I Transfer to Need to Have an Account?

Yes they will, and if they don’t have one already they can create one when they accept the transferred ticket. Please note: If the recipient already has an account with the ticket office, the email address used for transfer must be the one associated with their account. Be sure to double check the email address prior to starting the transfer so you don’t transfer tickets to the wrong person or an invalid email address.

What if Connectivity is an Issue at the Gate on Game Day?

We highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving at the game. If you have an iPhone or Android you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and be assured your tickets are saved and available with the tap of a button. If you selected the Mobile PDF version, screenshot your QR Code to pull up from your phone's photo gallery at the gate.
